1) confirm that all information provided via the partner sign-up process is truthful and accurate
2) agree to actively promote the sale of ZipGoesGreen product by driving town residents to zipgoesgreen.com or physically sell ZipGoesGreen product
3) agree to use all proceeds from the program to benefit the efforts of the designated official partner organization
4) agree to pay Greensender,LLC in full within 10 days of order being placed; should your organization make a bulk order of product.
If ZipGoesGreen is shipping a bulk order of product to your organization for either sale or distribution of previously-placed orders, shipping costs of product will be deducted at cost from the 25% of revenue that you generated via the sale.
